We also collect information when you voluntarily complete consent/participation forms, customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions. We collect information surrounding your health and next of kin to inform our services and to keep you safe.

We collect information about you; to send response to your enquiries, Make bookings (such as your name, postal address and e-mail address etc), keep treatment notes, take information about your health to ensure we are safe in treating you and demographic/profile information (for instance, your postcode and age).

We shall use your personal information for: a) performing the services which you have requested; b) for any regulatory or legal purposes imposed on us and for any other legitimate interest of ours such as for, preventing fraud, maintaining adequate records, the recovery of unpaid debts or the correct keeping of logs of accident or injury sustained whilst in our care in accordance with our insurers and regulatory frameworks.

We would like to send you information about our products and services. You have right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes. Unless we hear from you otherwise, we shall keep you informed of any promotions, discounts or other products and services from BTST that we may think may be of interest to you for up to 36 months from your last interaction with BTST. Following such period, we shall assume that you are no longer interested in such promotions, discounts or other products and services.

We will also use Mailchimp now and again to send information via email, if you no longer wish to receive these types of emails you can unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of the email or contact us directly using the contacts details stated below.

Access to your information and correction

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all your personal information & treatment notes, please contact us using the contact details shown below.

We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date and we regularly check the information hold is still correct. You may also ask us at any time to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.


How long we will keep the information for
Your information will be kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal information is processed. In doing so we may retain such information for a reasonable time to prevent fraudulent activities, for our own reporting regulatory requirements and to protect ourselves in the event of any legal claims and complaints.

Social plugins

The Website contains social plugins from social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
