BTST Postural Yoga/Pilates Class  

 

 

Our BTST Postural Yoga/Pilates Class is like NO class you have ever been to before! Our Postural 

class has been designed with you in mind every step of the way, with the aim to help you

understand your own posture, what a natural posture should be and help you work towards a

good posture through selected, adaptable, exercises and stretches suitable for ALL abilities. 

 

 

 

We at BTST understand and try to promote the importance of posture and the ability to be able to maintain good posture throughout your active day. By combining exercises and Therapy, aches and pains can be a thing of the past. For example; Poor shoulder and neck posture can lead to tension headaches, Migraines, cervicogenic headaches, Rotator Cuff Pain, Trapped nerve pain, temporomandibular disorder, Painful neck and shoulders, Thoracic outlet syndrome and the list goes on. Therefore our Postural Class has been designed to help you recognise daily activities that could be causing you further harm along with recognising your own posture and how to correct it, to help yourself, in becoming pain free.
